As a professional who has been a business owner, educator and sales manager w/in the industry for many years I believe that mot defiantly, the IICRC plays a critical roll in the growth and management of our industry. Unfortunately, I do not believe that nearly enough cleaners and restorers support the IICRC the way the should...mostly because of their own ignorance.
